1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and c baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://c-baji.im. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the c baji platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and must not create an account. Continued use of c baji following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

c baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://c-baji.im/terms-conditions with the date of last revision clearly stated. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via the platform's announcement system.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative text.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and c baji with respect to use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of c baji is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the account remains active.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or place any wager on c baji. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. c baji enforces mandatory age verification during account registration. Any player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned where practicable, and all winnings forfeited without exception.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering with c baji. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law must not use the platform. c baji does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in gambling activities.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of c baji products and services, players must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate personal information.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on c baji. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds voided, and winnings derived from duplicate accounts forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and National ID (NID) number where required for verification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 KYC Verification

c baji reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, passport, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3.4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their username and password. c baji will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify c baji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. c baji accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

c baji supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business hour for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the player's financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. c baji does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are processed within five minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before the daily processing cut-off. c baji reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• c baji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.
• In the event that a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to the player's c baji account balance and the player will be notified with a reason where permissible.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on c baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c baji does not facilitate currency conversion. Players are responsible for any foreign exchange charges applied by their bank or payment provider if their account is denominated in a different currency.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

c baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. The bonus will be credited to the player's account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. Minimum qualifying deposit amounts and method restrictions may apply — check the current promotion page for exact figures.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the individual bonus page at the time of opt-in. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on c baji is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that remain unused or have not met wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account, along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

c baji employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, c baji reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account without prior notice.

5.5 Eligibility Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• c baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Employees and associates of c baji are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using c baji, you agree to act in good faith at all times and to comply fully with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential legal action.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using c baji to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. c baji complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent security measures.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker or live games, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or any technical malfunction to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated from known errors are void and will be reversed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after depositing funds and wagering them on the platform. c baji reserves the right to pursue recovery of such amounts through legal channels.
• Abusive conduct: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward c baji staff or other players via any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

6.2 Technical Integrity

You must not attempt to interfere with the c baji platform's technical infrastructure, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorised access to servers, reverse-engineering software, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or introducing malware. Any such attempt will be reported to the relevant cybercrime authorities in Bangladesh.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may close their c baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations owed to c baji.

7.2 Closure by c baji

c baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Evidence of underage gambling.
• Player self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Any other circumstance where c baji determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or its players.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months or more. c baji will attempt to notify the player via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's current fee schedule. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

c baji strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond c baji's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government-imposed restrictions, or internet service disruptions). c baji accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While c baji takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game rules, and promotional information displayed on the platform, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, incorrectly stated bonus percentages, or erroneous game paytables — c baji reserves the right to void any bets, bonuses, or transactions placed in reliance on that error and to correct the information without liability.

8.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose money wagered. c baji accepts no responsibility or liability for any gambling losses incurred by players using the platform. By using c baji, you confirm that you are wagering with funds you can afford to lose and that your gambling activity is conducted for entertainment purposes only.

8.4 Third-Party Services

c baji integrates third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processors, and other services. c baji accepts no liability for failures, errors, or disruptions caused by these third-party providers. Any dispute arising from a specific game outcome produced by a third-party studio is governed by that studio's own certified RNG and game rules, with results being final.

8.5 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c baji's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Contact & Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your c baji account or experience, please contact our support team in the first instance. All disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. c baji will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within five business days. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction.
